In the context of voluntary transparency in advance, as referred to in Article 4.16 AW 2012, for the construction of a 150/20kV transformer purchasing station at Schiphol Zuidoost, Schiphol Nederland B.V. as the client intends to conclude a construction team with a subsequent UAV agreement with K_Dekker as structural engineer and Equans as installer.
Transformers, GIS installation and 20kV switches have already been tendered separately and will be delivered ready for use by the relevant contractors.
The commissioning of the purchasing station is scheduled for December 2026.

Schiphol Nederland B.V. (Schiphol) has not received any tenders for the EU tender 'Mainstation Schiphol South East 150/20kV with tender number Mercell T47953, publication date TED: 22-11-2023.
Schiphol then started a direct negotiation procedure with the parties that had registered but had not registered. The result of this procedure is an intended collaboration based on a Bouwteam agreement with K_Dekker bouw & infra b.v. and Equans.
The market for 150/20kV substations is overstrained by the energy transition. It is expected that re-tendering in a modified form will also result in 'no tenders'.
Schiphol can't wait. The power supply is crucial for the operation.
The size of the contracts is approximately € 20 million for construction (K_Dekker) and approximately € 10 million for installations (Equans) excluding VAT.
