1. The subject of the order is the delivery of 2 units of 4x4 rescue-firefighting vehicles.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the order is provided in Annex 1 to the SWZ.
3. The contractor will be required to provide a minimum of 24 months warranty and guarantee for the delivered equipment. In the event that the manufacturer’s warranty is shorter than the minimum required by the Ordering Party, the warranty provided by the Contractor will be binding for the Parties. If the Contractor offers a warranty longer than the minimum, the warranty period will be equal to the offered warranty period.
