1. The subject of the contract includes:
1) delivery of 2 pieces of brand new low-floor city buses with electric drive, with a total length ranging from 11.8 meters to 12.20 meters, hereinafter referred to as EV12 buses or electric buses,
2) delivery, installation, connection, and first launch (and if necessary, design and obtain all permits) of one piece of brand new mobile wired charger, two-position with a power greater than or equal to 80 kW (2x40 kW), ensuring the possibility of charging one EV12 bus at 80 kW or two buses simultaneously at 40 kW each, hereinafter referred to as the Plug-in charger or wired charger
3) design and execution of construction works in accordance with Article 103 sections 2 and 3 of the Public Procurement Law, aimed at creating modern charging infrastructure for public transport, for the needs of charging electric buses, i.e.:
a) design, installation, connection, obtaining a building permit, and exercising author oversight of construction works related to the construction of the necessary infrastructure (including the construction of a bus loop) for the delivery and installation of one piece of brand new pantograph charger (electrical and road industry), with a nominal power of 250 kW, hereinafter referred to as the “pantograph charger”, located at Królowej Jadwigi street,
b) delivery, installation, connection, and first launch of a brand new pantograph charger,
4) training, warranty and post-warranty service: EV12 buses, Plug-in charger, pantograph charger.
