Description:
The contract involves supplying, installing, and configuring a virtualization cluster and AI work platform, including server hardware and network equipment, while adhering to specific cybersecurity and origin restrictions.

1. The subject of the contract is the supply, installation, and configuration of a virtualization cluster along with a platform for artificial intelligence work, divided into two Parts:
I. Part no. 1: Server hardware, according to the following list:
BASIC ORDER
1. Integrated cabinet for AI computing equipped with compute servers each with at least 8 GPU cards - 1 unit.
2. CPU compute server - 3 units.
3. Server cabinet for solutions from point 2 with RHDX heat exchanger - 1 unit.
4. COMPUTE#1 compute server - 13 units.
5. COMPUTE#2 compute server - 6 units.
6. HCI#1 compute server - 9 units.
7. SDS (NVME) storage server - 18 units.
8. Software for central server management - 1 unit.
II. Part no. 2: Network equipment, according to the following list:
1. Ethernet switch for AI computing - 2 units.
2. Ethernet switch for SDS - 2 units.
3. Ethernet mgmt switch - 2 units.
2. Detailed Description of the Subject of the Contract is included in Annex no. 1 to the Terms of Reference.
4. The contracting authority requires that the offered subject of the contract, including all ICT products, ICT services, and ICT processes used to implement the contract, shall not include:
1) ICT products, ICT services, or ICT processes listed in the recommendation referred to in Art. 33 sec. 4 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system (Journal of Laws of 2026, item 20 and 252), stating their negative impact on the basic interest of state security,
2) ICT product, the type of which was specified in a decision recognizing the supplier as a high-risk supplier, referred to in Art. 67b sec. 15 of the Act of 5 July 2018 on the national cybersecurity system, or ICT service, or ICT process specified in that decision.
If the Contractor offers a solution referred to in points 1) or 2) above, the offer will be rejected under Art. 226 sec. 1 point 17) or point 19) of the Public Procurement Law.
5. The contracting authority does not allow the offer of supplies originating from countries referred to in Chapter V sec. 2 point 4 in this procedure. This restriction applies to every contractor offering such supplies, regardless of the origin of the contractor themselves.
By "country of origin of the goods," the contracting authority understands the country of origin determined according to Art. 60 of the Regulation (EU) No 952/2013 of the European Parliament and of the Council establishing the Union Customs Code, i.e.:
1) in the case of goods wholly obtained - the country where they were wholly obtained,
2) in the case of goods whose production involves more than one country - the country in which the goods underwent the last substantial, economically justified processing or treatment in an enterprise equipped for that purpose, resulting in the creation of a new product or constituting an important stage of manufacture.
If the Contractor offers a solution referred to in points 1) or 2) above, the offer will be rejected based on Art. 226 sec. 1 point 5) of the Public Procurement Law.

Part no. 1: Server hardware.
