Lot 1 includes demand-oriented consulting, design, implementation, and operational support services in the disciplines of data governance, data management (especially interoperability, harmonization/standardization, data quality, metadata/catalogs, open government data), data architecture. The framework agreement aims to support administrative units in the implementation of the future sub-strategy “Data” of the federal administration. Scope: CHF 34 million.

Lot 2 includes demand-oriented consulting, design, implementation, and operational support services in the disciplines of AI development & data analysis, AI process integration & assistant systems, as well as AI strategy and AI governance. The framework agreement is intended to support administrative units in the implementation of the sub-strategy “Use of AI systems in the federal administration” and the associated implementation measures. Scope: CHF 23 million.
