The object of the procedure consists of the procurement of Integrated Services for Developing an IT Platform within the SMIS project: 339169 "Romanian Sports Portal" - Digitalization of the National Sports Agency's Public Services. In addition to achieving the main objective, the following will be considered:
• Delivery and acquisition of hardware equipment.
• Analysis of activity flows within ANS and system design.
• Development of an integrated IT solution and internal provider testing.
• Implementation of cybersecurity measures.
• Implementation of the integrated system.
• Final testing.
• Training for administrators and users.
• Providing warranty services for a minimum period of 36 months from final acceptance.
The platform will integrate at least 13 interconnected functional modules, including: ANS Public Portal, Registry Module – Document Management, Sports Registry – Federations and Clubs, Registry of Athletes and Coaches, Sports Base Registry, Sports Yearbook, Great Athletes Gallery (with virtual tour), CNFPA Module, Archive Module (digitization of physical archive), Administrative Module, Chatbot/Virtual Assistant, Business Intelligence Reports, as well as related mobile applications.

The IT platform will integrate at least 13 interconnected functional modules, as well as related mobile applications, ensuring the digital transformation of internal ANS processes and the services offered to federations, clubs, athletes, coaches, and the general public.
