The client was entrusted by the German Football Association (DFB) with the implementation of doping controls and awards the services of acceptance and dispatch of the doping samples with the present tender. The subject of the contract to be awarded is the execution of 700 - 1,100 samples from training controls and 700 - 1,100 samples from competition controls in the field of football. In this service, the Contractor is responsible for taking blood and urine samples and delivering the samples taken to the WADA-accredited laboratory designated by the Client in order to carry out doping controls outside and during competitions. If the contract is awarded, the contractor undertakes to recognise and implement the anti-doping regulations of NADA (NADA Code and its standards) as well as the anti-doping regulations of the Fédération Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) or the German Football Association (DFB).

For the order, the documentation of the training and competition controls via an electronic system for recording the files ("paperless") is required.
The competition controls must be carried out by doctors in accordance with FIFA's specifications.
