The subject of the tender is the provision of external consulting, support, and development services to support the ongoing operation of the SAP ECC system landscape of Münchner Wohnen GmbH. Münchner Wohnen GmbH is the municipal housing company of the state capital Munich and manages approximately 70,000 apartments as one of the largest municipal housing construction companies in Germany. To ensure the stable operation of its SAP ECC system landscape and to facilitate demand-oriented further development, external SAP consulting services will be awarded under a framework agreement in two lots: Lot 1 includes the SAP modules RE-FX and FI, while Lot 2 includes the modules MM, PM, SD, and FI. The services particularly include the analysis and resolution of malfunctions, support for the departments in daily operations, technical and functional optimization of existing solutions, maintenance and adaptation of customer-specific developments, as well as knowledge transfer and documentation. The framework agreement will be concluded for a duration of two years, with the option of up to two extensions of one additional year each. Compensation will be based on the actual hours worked and verified according to the agreed hourly rates (Time & Material).

A framework contract will be concluded with a company as part of Lot 1. The aim is to ensure stable operation, timely fault resolution, optimization of existing processes, and minor further development within the scope of daily business. The callable services include the processing of incidents (analysis and resolution of errors in the productive operation), problem analyses, as well as user support, process optimizations, customizing adaptations, and ABAP adjustments, along with the execution of tests and maintenance of technical and functional documentation.
