AMENDMENT TO NOTICE no. 2026-8388-293712 (version published 2026-10-16). Deadline for submission of offers: 2026-10-23 23:59 -> 2026-10-26 23:59. Current content of the notice below; original notice – see link.

Entire subject of the contract
The Contracting Authority informs that on 16.10.2026 the tender documentation was amended regarding the required structure of the offered BESS system.
The change consists of replacing the previous requirement:
"At least 6 storage units in total; capacity of a single unit not less than 100 kWh"
with the requirement:
"A total of no less than 6 and no more than 10 identical storage units. Identical units mean units of the same manufacturer and model/type, with the same rated technical parameters."
This change was introduced in Annex no. 1 – "Request for proposal with description of the subject of the contract and technical requirements" and accordingly in Annex no. 2 – Offer form, in the Technical Parameters Compliance Table.
Other technical and functional requirements concerning the offered BESS system remain unchanged.
In connection with introducing this change, the Contracting Authority extends the deadline for submission of offers to 26.10.2026.
Furthermore, because of the deadline extension, the Contracting Authority changes the planned contract signing date from 30.10.2026 to 05.11.2026. This change has been appropriately reflected in the notice content and in Annex no. 2 – Offer form. The required order completion date, i.e., 10.05.2027 remains unchanged.

The Contracting Authority informs that on 13.10.2026 the tender documentation was supplemented with annexes to Annex no. 1 – the Request for proposal with description of the subject of the contract and technical requirements, namely:
1. Connection Conditions of TAURON Distribution S.A. no. WP/026148/2026/O05R00 dated 20.05.2026;
2. Amendment of Connection Conditions no. PP/001/026148/2026/O05R00 dated 28.08.2026;
3. Decision on Building Conditions no. 315/2026 dated 22.06.2026;
4. Map of approximate location of BESS.
The supplementation of documentation does not change the subject of the contract nor the technical and functional requirements specified in the Request for proposal.
Due to this supplementation, the deadline for submission of offers is extended to 23.10.2026.
