Description:
Supply and installation of a photovoltaic system with energy storage and an energy management system, including design, documentation, and compliance with grid connection requirements.
Supply and installation of a PV system with an electric energy storage.
A complete and binding description of the subject of the contract, including detailed technical and functional requirements, can be found in point 2 "Description of the subject of the contract" of the Request for Proposal no. 2/PV/2026 and in the documents referenced therein. Below is a summary of the subject of the contract.

The subject of the contract is the comprehensive implementation of a photovoltaic installation with an installed power not exceeding 150 kWp together with an electric energy storage with a capacity of at least 430 kWh and a minimum system output power of 150 kW, as well as an Energy Management System (EMS).
The scope of the contract particularly includes the preparation of the necessary design and executive documentation, delivery of all devices, materials and equipment, installation, electrical connections and protection systems, integration and configuration of systems, required approvals and activities related to grid connection, commissioning, measurements, tests and trials, and delivery of a complete and properly functioning system for operation.
PHOTOVOLTAIC INSTALLATION
The photovoltaic installation with an installed power not exceeding 150 kWp will be installed on the roof of the Ordering Party's production hall and connected to the facility's electrical power installation. The PV generator power should be as close as possible to 150 kWp but must not exceed this value.
The base configuration from the project documentation assumes the use of 300 photovoltaic modules with a unit power of 500 Wp. Modules with higher unit power are allowed with a proportional reduction of their number, provided all minimum TOR parameters are maintained and the total PV generator power is as close as possible to 150 kWp without exceeding that limit. The unit power of the module must be at least 500 Wp. Required are monocrystalline modules made with Half-Cut Cells technology, with a fill factor (FF) of at least 77.0% and an efficiency not less than 20.5%.
The inverter base configuration is 2 × 75 kW. Equivalent device configurations with a total nominal AC power of 150 kW are allowed, provided all other TOR requirements are met. The inverter(s) conversion efficiency must be at least 98.5%. Integrated online monitoring and required DC and AC side protections are mandatory.
The PV installation must be mounted on a mounting structure intended for installation on a roof covered with a roofing membrane, glued to the membrane system without using a ballast system. The mounting system must be approved by the manufacturer for the given roof covering. Before installation, the Contractor is obliged to confirm the applicability of the chosen system on the existing roof based on a technical assessment of the structure and roofing.
ELECTRIC ENERGY STORAGE
The contract includes delivery, installation, configuration, and commissioning of an electric energy storage system with a capacity of at least 430 kWh and a minimum system output power of 150 kW, made in lithium-ion LiFePO4 technology and designed to work with the planned photovoltaic system and the facility's electrical installation.
The storage may be a single unit or a set of cooperating units/modules, provided the complete system meets all minimum TOR parameters. The cyclic durability must be at least 6,000 full cycles maintaining at least 80% capacity, and the storage efficiency at least 94%. A modular system in an external container with a minimum 10-year warranty on storage capacity is required.
The energy storage system must have a BMS ensuring real-time battery monitoring and protection at least against overcharge, overheating, short circuit, and deep discharge. Remote access to operational parameters via an application or software accessible from a computer or mobile device is required.
ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (EMS)
The contract covers delivery, installation, configuration, parameterization, and commissioning of a complete EMS, cooperating with the photovoltaic installation, energy storage, BMS, power converter(s) (PCS), and the facility's electrical installation.
The EMS must automatically manage the energy storage operation and power flows between the PV installation, energy storage, facility electrical consumption, and the electrical grid. It must enable maximizing PV self-consumption, controlling the charging and discharging of the storage, managing PV energy surplus, peak shaving, limiting the risk of exceeding the established power draw from the grid, scheduling storage operation, cost optimization, and cooperation with the grid operator's energy export limitation system.
EMS must provide continuous monitoring of basic operating parameters, data logging and archiving, access to historical data, data export, diagnostics and alarm signaling, and remote access for authorized users. Loss of internet connection, cloud service, or other external IT system must not cause loss of functions essential for safe operation.
All licenses, subscriptions, cloud service fees, and other costs required for the mandatory EMS functionalities specified in the TOR must be included in the offer price for at least 3 years from the final acceptance date.
CONTROL, PROTECTION, AND ENERGY EXPORT LIMITATION SYSTEM
The photovoltaic installation with energy storage must be equipped with a complete measurement, regulation, control, and protection system ensuring proper cooperation between the PV installation, energy storage, and the facility's electrical installation.
According to connection conditions, the installation must operate to prevent feeding electricity generated by the photovoltaic installation back to the grid operator's network. The system must automatically limit the PV generation power when the energy cannot be used by the Ordering Party's receivers or accepted by the energy storage.
The execution of the contract must comply with the connection conditions to the Energa-Operator S.A. grid no. P/26/059090 dated 11.09.2026, which constitute Annex 4 to the Request for Proposal. The Contractor is obliged to include in the scope all devices, works, documentation, configuration, approvals, measurements, and activities on the side of the Connected Entity necessary for the contract performance according to the connection conditions.
OTHER SCOPE OF WORK
The contract scope also includes:
- performing necessary technical inventory of the installation site,
- preparing required design and executive documentation,
- verifying technical conditions for PV installation mounting on the roof and proper selection of structure,
- designing module layout, electrical configuration of the installation, inverters, energy storage, cable routes, protections, measuring and control systems,

- commissioning the PV installation, energy storage, and EMS and verifying proper cooperation of all system components,
- training persons indicated by the Ordering Party,
- delivering complete as-built documentation, measurement and test results, user manuals, datasheets, compliance documents, and warranty certificates.
The subject of the contract must be designed, executed, and configured considering accessibility and universal design requirements specified in the Request for Proposal. All supplied devices and components must be brand new, complete, free of defects, and have legally required documents permitting their use.
Detailed requirements for technical parameters of the PV installation and energy storage, EMS functionality, energy export limitation system, execution method, documentation, configuration, tests, and acceptance are specified in point 2 "Description of the subject of the contract" of Request for Proposal no. 2/PV/2026 and in referenced documents.
The contract must be completed within no more than 100 calendar days from the contract signing date. The completion date is considered the day the Ordering Party is notified of readiness for final acceptance of the complete subject, after finishing all works, commissioning installations and equipment, conducting required measurements, and delivering documentation necessary for acceptance.
