The research aims to analyze and develop the target architecture and management model for identity data management within the Ministry of the Interior, including its legal framework.
The objective of the research work, which is the subject of the public procurement, is to analyze and develop the target architecture and management model of identity data management within the Ministry of the Interior's administrative field together with its legal framework, under the conditions and procedures set out in the public procurement base documents. / Grounds for exclusion and qualification conditions: See the procurement base documents
The contracting authority has not divided the public procurement into parts as it concerns a single comprehensive work, i.e. a research project. In addition to the above, performance of the contract and carrying out the study by a single tenderer ensures, from the contracting authority’s perspective, the purposeful and economical use of the contracting authority’s financial resources and enables savings in support service costs.
