The subject of the contract is the design and subsequently the delivery with installation of energy storage systems for existing photovoltaic installations in 50 residential houses and in 4 public utility buildings in the Zabrodzie Municipality area in accordance with the Functional and Operational Program constituting the Description of the subject of the contract as Annex No. 1a to the Terms of Reference concerning residential houses along with Annex No. 1c to the Terms of Reference regarding the types of installations for residential buildings, and in accordance with the Functional and Operational Program constituting the Description of the subject of the contract as Annex No. 1b to the Terms of Reference concerning public utility buildings.
The said installations will be mounted for the energy needs of public utility buildings and residential houses in the Zabrodzie Municipality.
For the execution of the contract, the Contractor will use brand new electrical energy storage units meeting the requirements specified in the table in point 6.1.2.2 of the Functional and Operational Program (FOP), ensuring the possibility of implementing a dedicated IT system, described below in point 11.
The list of facilities where energy storage installations are to be performed is included in the table on page 2 of the Functional and Operational Program (hereinafter referred to as "FOP") for public utility buildings constituting Annex No. 1a to the Terms of Reference and in Annex No. 1 to the FOP regarding residential houses.
Energy storage installations in public utility buildings will have the following capacities:
a) not less than 5 kWh (1 unit),
b) not less than 7 kWh (2 units),
c) not less than 10 kWh (1 unit)
Energy storage installations in single-family houses will have the following capacities:
a) not less than 6 kWh (25 units),
b) not less than 10 kWh (25 units).
The indicated capacity of the electrical energy storage units is adapted to the electrical energy production of the existing RES (Renewable Energy Source) devices.
