Economic Consulting Services (Lot 1).
The framework agreement will be used to procure external expertise on economic issues at short notice. The service provider supports the client, among other things, in developing new funding concepts, addressing complex competitive, regulatory, and transformational challenges for industrial policy, and developing decision-making bases in important industrial sectors, such as mechanical engineering, automotive, and chemicals.

Legal Consulting (Lot 2).
The framework agreement will be utilized to procure external expertise on legal issues at short notice. The service provider supports the client, among other things, in the legal assessment of complex competitive, regulatory, and transformational challenges for industrial policy, including issues of environmental law, chemicals law, or regulation of autonomous networked driving.
