Impact Reporting Green Federal Securities.
The subject is the provision of scientific services for the annual preparation of impact reports for Green Federal Securities. The contractor reviews the impact data provided by the contracting authority for selected budget items for suitability and consistency and derives – using scientific evaluations, studies, and – if necessary – specially developed methods – standardized impact indicators compatible with the ICMA Core Indicators. These must be aggregated into an overall impact across all issuance titles; assumptions, estimates, and methods used must be comprehensibly documented, and forecasts must be labeled. The impact report is to be prepared in English, supplemented by a tabular overview of the determined impact indicators per budget item in Excel format. The contractor assumes the associated project management including coordination with the contracting authority.
