Digital Transformation of the Municipality of Agia Paraskevi.
The subject of this contract (Subproject 2) is the implementation of a set of digital transformation actions for the Municipality, which will enable a "digital leap" and the gradual conversion into a "smart city" that is environmentally friendly and citizen-friendly, capable of ensuring sustainable development and enhancing the quality of life of residents/businesses in the area. The actions have been selected from the marketplace of the related call "Digital Transformation of Local Government Authorities (OTA)".

1. Smart pedestrian crossings and accessible for people with disabilities (action code 4)
2. Smart waste bins (action code 6)
3. Smart electric lighting systems within municipal buildings (action code 10)
4. Installation of smart air quality measurement systems within the Municipality's territory (action code 21)
5. Central unified platform for management and data collection of digital transformation actions of Local Government Authorities (action code 35)

3. Management of closed and open spaces for sports, culture and entertainment (lesson scheduling, parent notifications, competitions, mass sports, etc.) (action code 15)
4. Cultural and sports events – Electronic ticket management (action code 20)
5. Urban green space and public space management system (action code 26)
6. Integrated infrastructure for protection against cyber-attacks (Network Firewall, Endpoint security, etc.) and provision of telework system (action code 34)
