The subject of the contract is the design, delivery, installation, commissioning, and integration of nine electrical energy storage systems with electrical power installations and existing or planned photovoltaic installations associated with municipal infrastructure facilities of the Mińsk Mazowiecki Municipality - 3 primary schools, 3 water treatment stations, and 3 pumping stations.
The scope of the contract also includes the preparation of the operation manual for the installation in the Polish language, warranty service, and conducting training for persons indicated by the Contracting Authority regarding the principles of operation, use, maintenance, and safety in relation to the use of the installed system.
The order covers the following facilities:
- Primary School named after Ks. Antoni Tyszka in Janów,
- Primary School named after Maria Konopnicka in Brzóze,
- Primary School named after Karol Wojtyła in Huta Mińska with seat in Cielechowizna,
- Królewiec Water Treatment Station,
- Janów Water Treatment Station,
- Zamienie Water Treatment Station,
- Brzóze Pumping Station,
- Cielechowizna Pumping Station,
- Janów Pumping Station,
where 2 facilities: Brzóze Pumping Station and Cielechowizna Pumping Station are not connected to an existing photovoltaic installation, however, the Contracting Authority possesses project documentation for their execution.
The Contractor will provide servicing for the installed system throughout the warranty and liability period, with the Contracting Authority requiring a 10-year manufacturer’s warranty for the battery system (AC charger and control unit) and 5 years manufacturer’s warranty for the other installed components/materials.
