1. The subject of the contract is the Assessment of the impact of the implementation of conservation activities on the conservation status of natural habitats and species in Natura 2000 – 6 lots, in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to the SWZ.
2. The contract is carried out as part of the implementation of the project POIS.02.04.00-00-0108/16 "Protection of habitats and species of non-forest areas dependent on water" co-financed by the Operational Programme Infrastructure and Environment under Measure 2.4 Nature protection and ecological education under Priority Axis II Environmental protection, including adaptation to climate change.
3. Due to the establishment of plans of conservation tasks for Natura 2000 areas, in accordance with the provisions of the Nature Conservation Act, it is necessary to carry out the conservation activities planned in the above-mentioned plans.
4. Working documents and final documents created during the implementation of the contract must be marked with the logos of POIŚ, GDOŚ, RDOŚ in Olsztyn and the EU.

The Ordering Party does not have designated control points. Points should be determined in accordance with the PMŚ methodology on the basis of the location of natural habitats, constituting Annex 3 to the OPZ.
