Contract for the supply of products having as object:
Acquisition of 10-meter electric buses, slow charging stations and fast charging stations within the project "MODERNIZATION AND EXTENSION OF PUBLIC TRANSPORT IN THE SIBIU METROPOLITAN AREA" consisting in the acquisition of:
- Electric buses, length (type) 10m, fully equipped – 6 pieces
- Slow charging stations with cable connector at the base – 6 pieces
- Fast charging stations with inverted pantograph in the field – 2 pieces
as specified in the tender documentation.
The estimated value of the contract is: 14,354,593.20 lei without VAT.
The buses will be delivered to the Beneficiary's bus base, in Sibiu, str. Munchen nr. 1.
The delivery term is maximum 8 months from the communication of the commencement order (it will be issued within a maximum of 60 days from the date of signing the contract).
Number of days before which clarifications may be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders: 20
The contracting authority shall submit its response to clarifications on the 11th day before the closing date for the submission of tenders.
Product supply contract, having as object the purchase of 10-meter electric buses, slow charging stations and fast charging stations within the project "MODERNIZATION AND EXTENSION OF PUBLIC TRANSPORT IN THE SIBIU METROPOLITAN AREA" consisting in the acquisition of:

in accordance with the requirements of the Specification.
The estimated value of the contract is: 14,354,593.20 lei without VAT.
