Description:
The contract involves developing an IIoT system to enhance the robotization process through real-time data collection, edge processing, and advanced cloud analysis, featuring various user panels for production monitoring and management.
IIoT System – Supporting the Robotization Process The subject of the contract is: IIoT system supporting the robotization process
General minimum parameters: - Dedicated software automatically collecting a complete set of data from machines using EDGE technology. - Data sources: sensors and machine controllers. - Production type: Continuous process - System in the form of a tablet application at each station/machine. Main functionalities: - Real-time data collection - Edge processing (EDGE Computing) - Advanced cloud analysis - Monitoring of OEE indicators - Generating alerts in case anomalies or drops in efficiency indicators below a defined threshold are detected - Remote adjustment of machine operating parameters - Automatic generation of reports concerning efficiency, energy consumption, and technical condition inspections of machines - Foreman panel – a tool for monitoring production plan execution, machine operation control, and communication with the operator. - Operator panel – access to monitoring production pace, reporting failures - Mechanic panel – machine knowledge base, schedule management, and fault reporting - Board for managing production and maintenance
The system should have the following key functionalities: • Software automatically collecting a complete set of data from machines using EDGE technology. • Data sources: sensors and machine controllers. • Production type: Continuous process • System in the form of a tablet application at each station/machine. • Real-time data collection: data from machines and sensors must be collected and processed in real time. • Edge processing (EDGE Computing): local data processing allowing fast analysis and minimizing delays. • Advanced cloud analysis: data transmission to the cloud for further analysis, aggregation, and long-term storage. • Monitoring of OEE indicators: automatic calculation of OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) indicators to assess machine efficiency. • Alerts and notifications: alerts generated in case of anomalies or drops in efficiency indicators below a defined threshold. • Remote control: capability to remotely adjust machine operation parameters via user interface. • Reporting and analysis: automatic generation of reports on efficiency, energy consumption, and technical condition inspections of machines. • Operator panel: access to monitoring production pace, reporting failures, and access to technical documentation. • Foreman panel: tool for monitoring production plan execution, control of machine operation efficiency, and quick communication with operators. • Mechanic panel: machine knowledge base, schedule management, and fault reporting. • Board for managing production and maintenance: tool supporting PDCA project management, work optimization, and monitoring production line statuses.
System requirements: • Cloud computing: the system must integrate with cloud computing to enable advanced data analysis, storage, and implementation of machine learning algorithms. • User interface: the system must have an interface accessible on different devices, including tablets, enabling remote access and machine operation monitoring. • Data security: the system must provide advanced encryption and authorization methods for secure data transmission between machines, edge devices, and the cloud. • Scalability: the system should be designed to allow easy increasing of the number of supported machines and scaling of computing power. • PLC controllers and sensors: for proper system operation, each machine must be equipped with PLC controllers and sensors measuring parameters such as temperature, pressure, rotational speed. • Edge Computing devices: local data processing devices must be capable of real-time data analysis and quick response to anomalies.
Category: Delivery / Other deliveries CPV: 48000000-8 Software packages and information systems Place of execution: entire Poland Evaluation criteria for bids: - Gross price – weight score 80 points (80%). The number of points in the “Gross price” criterion will be awarded according to the formula: (Lowest gross offer value among received offers / Gross value indicated in the evaluated offer) x 80 - Warranty counted from the date of signing the acceptance protocol for the subject of the contract – weight score 20 points (20%). The number of points in the “Warranty” criterion will be awarded according to the ranges indicated in the attachment.
Participation conditions: - Knowledge and experience: The contracting authority will consider this condition met if the Contractor has completed in the last five years before the deadline for submission of offers, or if the business period is shorter, within that period, at least:
- 3 deliveries of production management systems or production control systems
Compliance with this participation condition will be assessed on a pass/fail basis based on a statement on meeting the participation conditions included in the offer form (Attachment No. 1 to the request for proposals), which the Contractor must attach to the offer, and documents confirming that the deliveries have been duly completed, e.g., references or other documents showing the scope of completed deliveries, which the Contractor must attach to the offer. The attached documents must clearly indicate the scope of completed deliveries, their completion dates, and for which entity they were completed.
