The object of the contract is the purchase of electric buses, with fully electric drive, intended for public passenger transport and charging stations, within the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Component 10 – Local Fund, Investment Object I.1.1 – Renewal of the fleet of vehicles for public transport (acquisition of clean vehicles), I.1.3 – Providing infrastructure for green transport – vehicle recharging points Electric.
The municipality of Câmpulung Moldovenesc, Suceava County in collaboration with U.A.T. Sadova, Suceava County implements within the National Recovery and Resilience Plan, Component 10 – Local Fund, Investment Object I.1.1 – Renewal of the fleet of vehicles for public transport (acquisition of clean vehicles), I.1.3 – Ensuring the infrastructure for green transport – recharging points electric vehicles, the purchase of modern rolling stock with zero emissions for improving urban public transport and facilitating the paradigm shift towards sustainable urban mobility.
The present contract aims to purchase 4 electric buses and 6 charging stations, of which two fast charging stations and four slow charging stations, as well as the installation and commissioning of charging stations.
The duration of the contract is a maximum of 15 months + the guarantee period (minimum + extended tendered), starting with the date of its signing and includes three stages:
a) Delivery and installation of charging stations on sites already prepared and which must be delivered and installed at least one month before the delivery of electric buses;
b) Delivery of electric buses;
c) Warranty period of the products supplied, minimum + extended offered.
The activities described in points a) and b) will be carried out for a maximum period of 15 months from the signing of the public procurement contract.
In accordance with the provisions of art. 160 of Law no. 98/2016, with subsequent amendments and additions, the contracting authority establishes a deadline within which it will ensure a clear and complete response to the requests/additional information of the bidders. If the request for clarification/additional information is addressed within the 18-day deadline before the closing date for submission of tenders, the contracting authority will respond to the requests for clarification on the 11th day before the closing date for submission of tenders.
