The following technical report outlines the strategic choices of applications from the marketplace proposed by the beneficiary Municipality, the related actions of the Municipality that have been submitted and/or approved for funding under other Programs of independent financial instruments, and the technical specifications per application proposed by the Municipality. Additionally, for the preparation of the technical and operational specifications of the applications, the minimum operational specifications for digital transformation applications of Local Government Authorities (LGAs) have been taken into account, according to Annex E of the Call.
