The subject of the contract includes the design, delivery and implementation of the Intelligent Transport System in Zielona Góra along with the execution of construction works related to the system's infrastructure. As part of the subject of the contract, the Contractor shall grant an unlimited license to use the provided network communication protocols and software modules, which will be a component of the ITS system.

Scope: the subject of the contract referred to in point 3.1. SWZ (basic package) is specified in § 4 of the model contract, constituting Annex I.3 to the SWZ, the scope covered by the option right referred to in point 3.3. SWZ (optional package, including 24 options (locations)) is specified in § 5 of the model contract, constituting Annex I.3 to the SWZ. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in Annex I.2 to the SWZ and in the documents referred to in point 3.6.
