The court wishes to call on the services of a medical analysis laboratory for the analyses prescribed by the medical advisers of the court as part of pre-employment and annual medical examinations of its staff members. The estimated number of visits over four years is given as an indication in the financial offer form (form 7 – annex 3 of the invitation to tender).

The Court wishes to call on the services of a medical analysis laboratory in the context of:

— pre-employment medical examinations or occupational medicine in general (item I);

— analyses prescribed by the Court's medical advisers as part of the annual medical examinations of its staff (item II);

— the collection at the Court of the samples taken by the Court; in this case, a travel allowance applies in the event of type II service (item III) – see point 2.b), part B of the specifications;

— emergency sampling carried out by the Contractor in buildings occupied by the Court; in this case a supplement applies (item IV) – see point 4, part B of the specifications.

The estimated number of examinations for 4 years is given as an indication in the price offer form.
