1.1 Photovoltaic installation with a capacity of 15 kWp including an energy storage system with a capacity of 30 kWh A. Photovoltaic installation – 1 unit. Minimum technical parameters: - Installed power: 15 kWp - Double glass modules - Modules made using MONO PERC technology or equivalent - Minimum module power 450 Wp - Module efficiency (STC) min. 20.7% - Linear warranty of PV panel performance: 80% - 85% after 30 years - 10-year product warranty on modules - Modules should be equipped with bypass diodes (half-cut technology or equivalent) - PV modules mechanically resistant to at least 5400 Pa (pressure) and 2400 Pa (suction) - Modules having an individual maximum power point - Three-phase inverter with monitoring capability and Wi-Fi connection - Inverter compatible with energy storage - Protection against reverse polarity - Protection against damage caused by lightning discharges and surges - Inverter efficiency at least 97% - Capability to collect data on electricity production and subsequently share it – locally on the inverter display and via an online monitoring portal - Minimum inverter warranty of 10 years - Construction allowing installation on a pitched roof - Aluminum or steel construction protected with an anti-corrosion metallic Zn-Al-Mg coating, compliant with PN-EN 10346 or equivalent standard - Minimum 10-year warranty on the structure
B. Energy storage – 1 unit. Technical parameters: - Power of the conversion system (inverters): 15 kVA - Storage capacity: 30 kWh - Expandable by additional modules - Phases: three-phase storage - Function preventing overload of limited alternating current source by automatic adjustment of battery charging or compensation of power from the battery - Mounting components and protections: stacking parts, connectors, fuses, electrical cable - Minimum 10-year warranty on energy storage or up to 8000 cycles
Minimum required warranty on performed works: 5 years.
Year of production of offered devices – not older than 2020.
The estimated budget level for the order is PLN 95,600.00 net. If offer budget assumptions are exceeded, the tender may remain unresolved. The contracting authority foresees advance and/or partial payments.
NOTE: It is required that the Tenderer familiarize themselves with the place of service execution, prevailing environmental, technical, and organizational conditions. Any costs of site inspection are borne by the Tenderer. Attendance at the local inspection on 07.10.2026 at 10:00 is mandatory. During the local inspection, the Contracting Authority will require signing the attendance list and presenting an identity document. If unable to attend on the scheduled date, Tenderers may request an additional date via the "questions" section of the Competitiveness Database by 08.10.2026 at the latest.
Within the execution of the order, the Contractor is obliged to perform all works, supplies, services, training on operation, tests, inspections, measurements, arrangements, and necessary activities, and to prepare and deliver to the Contracting Authority complete as-built documentation prepared according to applicable regulations. Where names of products, sources, trademarks, patents, or specific origin are given for use, equivalent or superior solutions with technical and functional parameters not worse than those specified may be used. Anywhere in the subject of the order where specific standards, approvals, technical specifications, or technical reference systems established by Polish and European normalization bodies occur, the Contracting Authority permits equivalent solutions. The Contractor referencing such equivalent solutions must demonstrate compliance with the Contracting Authority’s requirements by attaching product datasheets for the proposed solutions to their offer. All information in the above declarations is current and truthful and given with full awareness of consequences of misleading the Contracting Authority, and commits to immediately update the declarations if changes occur. • The Contractor declares no personal or capital connections with the Contracting Authority.
